Believe - Phoenix by KerrithJohnson Believe - Phoenix by KerrithJohnson
“Believe” series: Keeping Heroes iconic but positive.

Spotlight: Phoenix!
Jean's been kinda always a positive character I think, even when she became 'dark' it was her love which brought her back. (I know not Jean clone etc...bah bah..point still stands! ;) )
I like the contrast between her old uniform and the revival as the phoenix. Kinda fun.

Kerrith - Always comes back! (In a pod found underwater by Mr.Fantastic...)

I like how you use First Class Jean for the secret identity. It helps to juxtapose with the Phoenix, reminding us that once, this all-powerful woman was just a young psychic girl.

"'just' a young psychic girl." is my favourite part of this sentence. :)

Very cool picture. I must admit I don't knew very much about X-Men (aside from the Evolution cartoon), but it's still a very cool picture and statement.

Best part is I'm not even talking about the evolution cartoon...;) the 90s cartoon before it was on when I was a kid. Saying when evolution was on would just date me further...:)

I must admit; I tried to find out more about the X-Men universe, I just got a head ache. Couldn't keep track of any of it.

When it comes to comics, I'll just stay with cartoons and whatever movies I actually watch.

Awesome work on all of the posters as always, you continue to make these look more awesome as time goes by! The Art Deco style go really well within the context of your message and themes, great work hope to continue to see them!

Like the way this one and the Dark Phoenix work together.
And the traditional Phoenix pose Jean often has in the comics looks especially good in these poster-type pieces.
Keep up the good work - hope you never run out of characters!
