Let's see... Remember the chest muscles are attached to the shoulders. So when the shoulders rise, the edges rise too. So that line doesn't make much sense. It looks a bit disjointed.
Nitpick and maybe it should be there, I haven't seen the original. But the light on her cheek stands out a bit, everything around it is cooler and darker, plus it's at the shadow area.
Might want the back of the chair to have less contrast. It is all in shadow after all, so maybe some of the bright parts should be less... bright.
Hope that helps... I really need to try oil... so far I've only done watercolor during life-drawing and am doing stuff on photoshop...
